Terms of Service

RestaurantBS provides software for restaurant operations: reservations and table management, customer CRM, menus, kitchen and inventory, employee scheduling, financial reporting and AI assistance. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

Each restaurant has one workspace. The workspace owner (Director General) invites users and assigns their roles. Every user is responsible for keeping their password confidential, and the workspace owner is responsible for the actions of the users they invite.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance: Basic 279, Professional 329, Premium 379 (CHF or your selected currency).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal.

The Basic plan requires choosing one option — Calendar + CRM, or Restaurant + Kitchen — at activation. This choice is permanent; switching between options or combining both requires upgrading to Professional or Premium.

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process data you are not entitled to process.
• Do not attempt to access other restaurants' data, probe or breach the platform's security, or exceed your plan's usage limits.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for obtaining any consent required from your customers and employees.

AI features (assistant, financial advisor, briefings and insights) work on your real data and are provided to support decisions, not to guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for the decisions you make. Don't enter personal data of customers or employees into AI features unless you have a lawful basis for it.

We aim for continuous availability, but the service may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other customers at risk, with notice where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, RestaurantBS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from business decisions taken based on the service's data or AI output. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
